How does Gofindo customer engagement platform work?

Any time you visit a Gofindo business partner, you can check in by providing your phone number to your server at the store or checking in using the mobile app. The business will grant you points based on their individual points and rewards structure. Note: Points and rewards vary at each business and are used only at that business. You can monitor your points and rewards online or on the Gofindo customer engagement app.

Where can I use Gofindo?

You can use Gofindo any of our listed partner locations (shopping malls, retail outlets, megastores, boutique etc.)

I got a new phone. Did I lose all of my Gofindo points?

All Gofindo activity is tied to your email address. As long as you are logged into your app with the same email address and password used with your old phone, the app on your new phone will have all of your points.

What happens if my phone is stolen or lost?

Contact us immediately at support@gofindo.com with your Name, Contact number / email address, and we will protect your Gofindo points until you advise us otherwise.

Why did scanning the QR Code not work at the checkout?

If the problem persists please contact us at support@gofindo.com or go to our contact us via our Website or App.

What happens if the outlet I use stops using Gofindo customer engagement app?

Our recommendation is that you write to us at contact@gofindo.com or talk directly to our support staff on this number – 647-875-8474.

How do I request for a demo with Gofindo?

Simply click on Request for Demo and send us a message with your details. We will be sure to contact you as soon as possible.

How do I sign my business up with Gofindo customer engagement platform?

You can simply Sign up or send us a message through the contact us and we will get back to you.

How long does it take to activate my account?

As soon as you have completed the sign up process, you will be up and running. You will be able to create your loyalty programs (based on points) immediately.

Your store will be visible to your customers within the Gofindo app as soon as you create your loyalty/rewards program, add products & categories.

What is the Gofindo pricing structure and plan?

You can refer to the pricing & packages plan specified on the website to take a look at the different features under each plan. For more details about our feature wise pricing structure, please contact us.

How do I change the email address associated with my account?

Log into your current account at Gofindo.com

  • Click on Account
  • Click Settings
  • Click Profile
  • Then make any necessary changes that you’d like and click Update
I forgot my password. How do I reset the password?

If you don’t remember your existing password, don’t worry! Visit Gofindo.com and follow the instructions below:

  • Click on Sign In or Sign Out
  • Click Don’t remember my password
  • Enter in the email address linked to your Gofindo account
  • Once submitted, you’ll receive an email – ignore the screen that you see after submitting
  • Open up the email and click on the link to reset your password
  • Enter in the password you’d like to use twice for confirmation
What do I need in my store to run Gofindo?

The Gofindo merchant app (the interface you use to see your customer check-ins and give them points), runs on most touch screen tills/EPOS terminals, laptop/desktop computers, and on any Apple or Android device (tablet or phone).

All you need is a stable internet connection. We recommend using broadband/WiFi, although a stable 3G connection will work too.

What about customer and transaction data? Who owns it?

Your entire customers list belongs to you, you can always download it, and you can access it via your Merchant Login. You need to have an active merchant account with Gofindo.

Customer details, such as their name, photo and contacts, are also yours to use, but are shared with other merchants who transact with the same customer. However the transactional data between you and your customers are yours only.

No data is fed into other third party systems without your consent.

For Subscriber – Points & Rewards

How do I see all the points that I have earned at different stores?

You can sign in to your profile via the mobile app to view your points.

How do I redeem a reward?

You can provide your mobile number to a server at the business you want to claim a reward at. They will promptly redeem your reward if you are eligible for (i.e. have the requisite points to claim the reward).

What happens to my points once I redeem a reward?

Each reward has a point value associated with it. Once you redeem a reward, that point value is subtracted from your total points.
